I want to help you to bring your body into harmony
I am an individual who tries to live in harmony to my best extent. In harmony with myself, with nature, and with my fellow humans. At the same time I experience deep joy when I can learn new things; and I can be very ambitious when it comes to it. These traits are also represented in my therapeutic approach. I enjoy helping individuals restore or strengthen their harmony of body and mind. This is supported by my strong ambition to create positive change for you.
Passion for the body and for movement
Before I decided to work as a therapist, I was a dancer and yoga instructor. These experiences made me more conscious of my own body and I was able to gain a deeper access to the body. The realisation that I want to become a therapist came to me during a meditation. Thus, in 2015, I started my training as a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) therapist which I finished in the spring of 2021. It is important to me to use my potential to its fullest and I see my purpose in helping others therapeutically.
