A binding booking can be made via:

The booking is binding. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the cancellation is not made in due time or the client does not appear, we reserve the right to charge the full amount.

Prices & Payment Terms

The current prices can be viewed online and may vary depending on the location.

Payment methods vary by location, but at minimum payment by QR invoice is available. Regardless of the chosen payment method, invoices must be paid within 10 days.
If payment is not received within this period, we reserve the right to issue a first reminder.

The reminder fees are as follows:
1st reminder (+ 0 CHF)
2nd reminder (+30 CHF)
3rd and last reminder (+30 CHF)
Debt collection (+50 CHF)

Culture Pass & Single Parents

Holders of a Culture Pass without supplementary insurance receive a 30% discount on all treatments. Please bring your valid Culture Pass with you and present it at the clinic.

Single mothers and fathers without supplementary insurance also receive a 30% discount on all treatments. Proof is required (in the form of a family confirmation/family card from the municipality, a custody decision, or a care agreement).

Schoolchildren & Students

Students & schoolchildren without supplementary insurance receive a 15% discount on all treatments. A valid student or school ID must be presented.

These discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.

No-show or Delay

Cancellations can be made by telephone, e-mail, or WhatsApp.

  • If no cancellation is received in time (at least 24h before the appointment), the full amount will be charged.
  • Delays due to traffic or public transport are not considered a valid excuse. Clients are responsible for planning their arrival so they appear on time.
  • In most cases, a delayed treatment cannot be extended beyond the scheduled end, as the next client would be affected.

Subscriptions & Vouchers

  • 5-session passes are valid for one year / 10-session passes are valid for two years
  • Vouchers are valid for 5 years.
  • Discounts are generally valid for 1 month, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
  • Vouchers and subscriptions cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Excluded from exchange or return.
  • Subscriptions purchased without reference to a specific offer can be redeemed at all Origin Massage locations. If there are price differences, a surcharge must be paid. Lower prices will not be refunded.
  • Subscriptions purchased as part of a discount promotion are only valid at the location for which the promotion was advertised, and in some cases only with the specified therapist. The applicable conditions are set out in the communication relating to the relevant promotion.

Disclaimer of Liability

Treatments at Origin Massage do not replace a visit to a doctor.
Each client is responsible for having any health issues clarified by a physician in advance. Insurance coverage is the responsibility of the clients.

Origin Massage GmbH and its employees are liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Liability for slight negligence, indirect damages, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profit) is excluded to the extent legally permissible.
