How can I book an appointment?
Booking with us is easy: our online tool shows all available treatment types and therapists, along with real-time availability, so you can quickly find the right person and time. Alternatively, we’re happy to advise you by phone at +41 44 500 02 53, or you can reach us via WhatsApp.
Will my treatment be covered by supplementary insurance?
We are recognized by supplementary health insurances. Our treatments can easily be reimbursed through your insurance without a doctor’s prescription. You will only receive a reimbursement form if the treating therapist is recognized by your supplementary insurance. You can easily check whether your insurance covers the therapist using our “Find-your-therapist tool.”
How does billing with supplementary insurance work?
After your treatment, you’ll receive an email with your invoice and the reimbursement form. Send this form to your health insurer; depending on your policy, they will reimburse 50–80% of the treatment cost.
Depending on the health insurance provider, the amount of reimbursement may be based on the title of the therapist (e.g., medical masseur, naturopath, certified professional masseur, therapeutic masseur).
I need to cancel my appointment – what should I keep in mind?
I have a physiotherapy prescription — can I use it?
At Origin Massage, services are billed through supplementary insurance.
Physiotherapy prescriptions are covered by basic insurance and therefore cannot be billed through us.
What should I keep in mind before the appointment?
We are happy to be your island of calm in everyday life. Try to leave stress outside, simply enjoy the moment with us, and connect with your body. Switch off your smartphone and prepare yourself mentally for the massage – a little piece of wellness. It truly makes a difference!
What should I keep in mind after the appointment?
Enjoy the relaxation after your treatment. Avoid intense activities such as sports or physical work, and give your body time to rest. Ideally, keep your schedule free and simply follow what you feel like doing in the moment.
