Our massage practice is located directly at Gerbergasse 14, next to the historic Town Hall – in the heart of the city centre. Whether you’re coming from Gundeli, Kleinbasel or St. Johann: the Marktplatz tram stop is right at the door. The Storchen car park is a three-minute walk away.

Medical Massage – targeted treatment for complaints
Medical massage is our specialty and the reason most of our clients come to us. Unlike a purely wellness-focused treatment, every session begins with a brief assessment: where is the tension, what triggered it, which movement is causing trouble? Our therapists build the treatment on that and work precisely where the problem actually originates – whether from long periods of sitting, one-sided strain, or the after-effects of an earlier injury.
Good to know: you don’t need a doctor’s referral for a medical massage. Since we’re recognised by supplementary insurers, part of the cost can be reclaimed through your health insurance – you’ll receive the reimbursement receipt automatically after your appointment.
Classic Massage – relaxation and recovery
Classic massage is the right choice when you want to truly unwind – after a long day at work, during periods of prolonged stress, or as a regular break from everyday life. Can I claim my treatment through my health insurance?
We are recognized by supplementary insurance plans, allowing for a straightforward reimbursement process. A doctor’s note is not required for our services. Once you have paid, you will be issued a claim form to send to your insurer, provided your specific therapist is on their approved list. To check if your provider covers your therapist, please use our “Find-your-therapist tool.”
How does the insurance billing system operate?
After your appointment, you will receive an email containing your invoice and a reimbursement voucher. You can forward this to your insurance provider; depending on your policy, they will refund between 50% and 80% of the costs.
Note that the refund amount may be determined by the professional designation of the therapist (e.g., Medical Masseur, Naturopath, or Certified Professional Masseur).

We invite you to treat our studio as your personal oasis. Try to leave your daily worries outside, immerse yourself in the moment, and listen to your body. Please switch off your mobile devices and prepare yourself mentally—this small step toward wellness makes a significant impact!
Are there any recommendations for the time after the treatment?
Keep enjoying that feeling of deep relaxation. We suggest avoiding high-intensity activities such as sports or heavy physical labor. Allow your body to rest. Ideally, keep the rest of your day free of appointments and just do what feels right in the moment.
