Booking with us is easy: our online tool shows all available treatment types and therapists, along with real-time availability, so you can quickly find the right person and time. Alternatively, we’re happy to advise you by phone at +41 44 500 02 53, or you can reach us via WhatsApp.

If you wish to cancel your appointment, you can do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled time either online via your OneDoc account or by contacting our customer service (email, phone, WhatsApp). Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be fully charged.

We are recognized by supplementary health insurances. Our treatments can easily be reimbursed through your insurance without a doctor’s prescription. You will only receive a reimbursement form if the treating therapist is recognized by your supplementary insurance. You can easily check whether your insurance covers the therapist using our “Find-your-therapist tool.”

After your treatment, you’ll receive an email with your invoice and the reimbursement form. Send this form to your health insurer; depending on your policy, they will reimburse 50–80% of the treatment cost.

At Origin Massage, services are billed through supplementary insurance.
Physiotherapy prescriptions are covered by basic insurance and therefore cannot be billed through us.
