As a holistic therapist I include all levels
In case of imbalances, all levels – body, soul and spirit – should always be involved. As a trained naturopath and coach, I have an understanding and sense of where to start. I was allowed to experience on my own body how much can be moved by massage. Therefore I find the manual techniques very valuable. Through massage and touch, contact can be made with people and trust can be built. Massage releases blockages and brings energy into flow. Nature is our greatest teacher, and I am convinced that if we live in harmony with her rhythm, we will stay or become healthy. I am fascinated by all the native medicinal and wild plants, which provide us with all the essential nutrients.
