Interconnectedness, its processes and the laws of nature taught me to look at the human being as a whole and to understand pain as a friend that transmits information to us: There are limits and the time has come to change something in the way of life, otherwise destruction is imminent. “Be good to your body so that the soul may desire to dwell in it” (Teresa of Avila).

Due to my own great enthusiasm for movement, I actively searched for the right help and medicine, for example in the case of overexertion. I acquired extensive knowledge, which I gladly shared with friends and family. I quickly realized that I also wanted to help others beyond that, and turned my passion into a profession. My willingness to keep learning, as well as my determination not to give up and always strive to find a solution, are qualities that have supported me greatly in my work to this day. I focus on holistic work and can empathize very well with my patients.

I derive particular joy from the closeness to people in my work: I get to accompany them on their journey of development and relief from complaints. The fact that I thus have the opportunity to positively influence the lives of others fulfills me, for which I am very grateful. My holistic view is thanks to my affinity with nature. The interconnections, their processes, and the laws of nature have taught me to see humans as a whole and to understand pain as a friend that conveys information: there are limits, and the time has come to change something in one’s way of life, otherwise destruction threatens. “Be good to your body so that your soul has a desire to dwell within it” (Teresa of Avila).

I understand what my body is trying to tell me. I search for deeper structures and connections that need support and pursue a multi-layered treatment approach. The combination of primal knowledge, affinity with nature, and self-experience used therein originates from my medical background knowledge and distinguishes me and my approach.
