To me, the eyes are the mirror of the soul, and it is often a combination of seeing, sensing, and intuitive understanding that allows me to grasp the underlying cause behind the symptoms.
Each treatment is unique – for me, there is no such thing as “the one right method.”
I combine classical massage techniques, elements of structural integration (fascia work), insights from Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as other manual approaches.

ABOUT ME
My fascination with medicine has accompanied me for a long time. I wanted to do something impactful, something that leaves a mark and meets people directly – through communication, empathy, and genuine touch. Since I have always enjoyed working with my hands, my second educational path ultimately led me to train as a massage therapist. My interest in sports, anatomy, and the body’s functional interconnections further fueled this journey. Since then, I have found my passion in this profession and have been able to gain a wide range of experience in various fields. I’ve had the opportunity to teach, learn, experiment, and constantly ask myself how I can help even more effectively.
What sets me apart in my work as a therapist is my ability to truly listen. I am present in the moment, receptive to what is said – but also to what remains unspoken. I believe that posture, facial expressions, and energy often reveal more than words, if one is willing to look closely. To me, the eyes are the mirror of the soul, and it is often the interplay of seeing, feeling, and intuitive understanding that allows me to identify the root cause behind the symptoms.
In addition to the trust my clients place in me, I love the variety this profession brings. Working at different locations, remaining flexible, and making a difference with what I always carry with me – my hands and my mind. It’s not just about technique, but about connection. Every person brings their own story, and it’s not always clear at first where the issue lies. Together, we discover it – step by step, with trust and respect.
Each treatment is individual – for me, there is no “one right method.” I combine classic massage techniques, elements of structural integration (fascia work), insights from traditional Chinese medicine, and other manual methods.
