It fascinates me how many individual ways there are to bring people into their own balance, and I want to support my patients on this path. I believe that the body and the soul are closely connected and I find it exciting to understand this connection and find ways to resolve complaints.

ABOUT ME
When my own body began to speak to me with symptoms and reactions, I wanted to understand and recognize what they were trying to tell me.
My inquisitive nature, my great interest in continuing my education and this personal experience led me to my current training as a TEN naturopath. Living in rhythm with nature is an essential part of this for me. I am fascinated by how many individual ways there are to bring people into their own balance, and I want to support my patients on this path. I believe that the body and the soul are closely connected and I find it exciting to understand this connection and find ways to resolve discomfort.
As a therapist, I use my awareness of the body and perceive both pragmatically the tensions and restrictions as well as in connection with the emotional state or life circumstances. I want to convey calmness to my patients and meet them where they are at the moment. I understand our body as a functioning unit. My specialist knowledge of the connections within the body helps me in my holistic work to understand people and their complaints and to accompany them on the path to recovery. I particularly enjoy working with nutrition with a focus on gut and microbiome therapy and like to integrate medicinal herbs. Other methods that I like to incorporate into my treatments include the Liebscher and Bracht method and breathwork. Gynaecology is also an area in which I enjoy practising and which I personally consider to be extremely important.
