Over ten years ago, I discovered my passion for massage through a workshop. At the time, I was looking for a contrast to my previous work – something that not only engaged my mind, but also my hands and heart. Massage offers me exactly this variety: it is fulfilling, sustainable and an activity that supports people.

My approach is characterized by openness and curiosity. I start my treatments without any preconceived concepts, but instead focus entirely on the moment and the individual needs of my clients. I take the time to build trust and adapt my treatment flexibly to what I perceive and what is reported back to me. This results in personal and effective treatment approaches.

I love how much a massage can achieve – both physically and emotionally. I appreciate creating space for my clients in which they can show themselves as they are. I am particularly fascinated by holistic work, where I can feel how change and relief become possible through the body.
