I became a therapist because I have always been passionate about working with people. I originally came from a nursing background, where I often had to deal with many patients at the same time. In massage, I have found the opportunity to concentrate fully on one person, listen calmly and respond to their individual needs. The combination of touch, attention and targeted technique fascinates me – massage has always been a passion.

I take a very systemic approach to my work. I don’t just want to treat symptoms, I want to understand the cause of discomfort and address where the problem really lies. It is important to me that my patients feel understood and that we work together to find out what is needed to provide lasting relief. I don’t work with pressure at all costs – I believe in the power of relaxation and that muscles can be loosened without pain. In my treatments, I emphasize gentle, precise work with a great deal of sensitivity.
