ABOUT ME
I have known since I was a child that I wanted to be a therapist. I come from a long line of therapists – my grandfather, my grandfather and my mother were all masseurs or physiotherapists. So I experienced various therapies at home from an early age. I was always fascinated to see how people came in with pain and found relief through the treatments. Even at school, I always said that I wanted to do something with the body, and I finally completed my training as a therapeutic masseuse in 2023. I have always worked practically on the side, which has really helped me to develop my skills.
I’ve learned a lot in the wellness sector as well as deepening my interest in the medical side of therapy.My strength as a therapist is really understanding people – especially when their complaints are non-specific. Often the problems people bring with them are not just physical, but also have a mental origin. I believe that we therapists need to understand the origin of the complaints, because when we treat the body, we also treat the mind.
