ABOUT ME
I became a therapist because contact with other people is incredibly valuable to me. It fascinates me to learn from my clients’ stories and at the same time have the opportunity to help them feel better.
The interpersonal connections enrich me and make my profession something special for me. My strengths as a therapist lie in my genuine curiosity for people.
I like to listen and get to know their needs. In the manual forms of treatment, I like to release tension points and create a space for relaxation. In addition to the naturopathic perspective, I was able to gain a lot of experience in the medical field during my initial training as a health specialist and am therefore familiar with both perspectives and treatment methods.

There are so many approaches to treating the body and I find it exciting to discover the different perspectives on people. In my treatments, I place particular emphasis on relaxation, because in our stressful everyday lives it is essential to calm down. I also find mobilization interesting, as it supports the body’s mobility. I am convinced that massage not only relieves physical stress, but also mental stress.
