I have always loved working with my hands and helping other people. In 2014, I completed my training as a qualified professional masseuse and also acquired basic medical knowledge and knowledge of naturopathy. For me, it is particularly important not just to treat the point of pain, but to find the cause of the problem and see the person as a whole. The work with my clients often begins automatically as soon as I greet them, without it always happening consciously.

My greatest strength as a therapist lies in my holistic approach. It is important to me to really and truly support my clients so that we can walk the path to recovery together.
By taking different steps and combining different methods, I help to find sustainable solutions that can bring about real change. I also like to give “homework” to take home, because I value the personal responsibility of the client.
