My own journey through life has shown me how important it is for body, mind and soul to be in harmony.

I think it is human nature that these are sometimes out of balance and need to be brought back together. That’s why I immediately felt that I was in the best hands with TEN naturopathy; this holistic approach fully corresponds to my way of perceiving things and reflects my profound nature, which is inquisitive and likes to pass on experiences.

Helping people to help themselves is particularly close to my heart. It gives me great pleasure to support people in finding their balance of body, mind and soul. Every person is an individual: finding the right impulse again and again is a challenge, but one that I meet with great enthusiasm every day. During my treatment, my patient is the center of my world. I want to support them where they need it, but still perceive them as a whole. My treatment methods are varied, but in addition to the holistic consultation and the important and helpful anamnesis interview, I enjoy working manually – I am particularly fond of classic massage. However, I also find other manual therapy methods, such as foot reflexology, to be very effective on various levels.
