Our body is our most important tool, our life’s foundation so to say. Our wellbeing increases our quality of and joy in life.
Everything we experience manifests in our energetic body, in our psyche, as well as in our physical body. Tensions from, for example, anxiety, pressure, stress, sadness, frustration, as well as bad posture and lack of movement influence our whole system.
It is my purpose to help you have some time-off from everything, to release pain and the fascia, so that the self-healing powers of your body are being activated and your system’s balance is being restored again.
