<h3>I want to help people sustainably</h3>
<p>I became a therapist when I started to delve deeper into massage due to an illness in my family. The need to help people in a sustainable way grew stronger and stronger in me &#8211; I really missed this connection in my previous job as a chef. My strong empathy and attentiveness towards other people as well as my ability to sense where the complaints lie and what is needed at that moment are very beneficial in my work as a therapist today. I adapt spontaneously to my patient&#8217;s situation &#8211; I am always available to answer questions during treatment. However, I am also very good at meeting the desire for peace and quiet.</p>


<h3>Massage in harmony with health: harmony as the ultimate goal</h3>
<p>In addition to the fact that I enjoy practicing massage in itself, I love working with people in general. An open exchange is particularly important to me. I want to accompany my patients on the path to increasing their well-being and do my best to achieve this goal. I particularly like to incorporate foot reflexology into my treatments &#8211; this method is a means of resolving many complaints. Classical massage in combination with Tuina are also treatment methods in my repertoire that I like to use. As a therapist, it is very important to me that the massage is in harmony with health &#8211; I strive for harmony between the two.</p>
<p>I myself live by the motto of not always taking life and myself too seriously. I want to live stress-free and in harmony with nature. Spending time with my family is also particularly important to me. Nature also plays a big role for me: whether it&#8217;s hiking, walking or simply exercising in the fresh air &#8211; I always try to spend as much time in the fresh air as possible.</p>
