Ever since I was a child, I’ve always been on the move – sports have always been an essential part of my life, just like the desire to help others. Early on, I realized how closely physical and emotional well-being are connected, and how powerful touch can be. When I attended my first massage courses, I immediately knew: this is exactly what I want to do. Supporting people, relieving pain, and seeing them leave with a lighter smile after a treatment fulfills me every single time.

In my work, it’s important to me to see the person as a whole. I meet my clients with empathy, attentiveness, and genuine interest. Every person is different – no day, no treatment, no body is the same. Even if I give ten neck massages in a row, each encounter is unique. That’s exactly what I love about my profession: the diversity, the depth, and the opportunity to strengthen not only the physical but also the emotional well-being.

I work with a variety of techniques that I combine individually depending on the situation and needs. I also like to give my clients tips and simple exercises to help support the effects of the treatment over time. My goal is for them to benefit not only during the massage, but also beyond – to truly feel how they can actively contribute to their own well-being.
