ABOUT ME
From an early age, I’ve been fascinated by plants and working with my hands—it soon became clear to me that this was my calling. The thought of helping people regain their balance fills me with joy. Many people are unsure how to achieve this on their own, and this is precisely where I want to offer guidance: by taking a holistic view of the whole person, complementing conventional medicine with my knowledge of topics such as nutrition, reflexology, and the power of nature. I am currently completing my training as a naturopath and am continually deepening my understanding of this field.
In my work, I am very empathetic and sensitive. I can quickly sense when adjusting the pressure feels good or when a different touch has a different effect—this allows me to tailor each treatment individually to my patients. I particularly value personal interaction: I enjoy giving advice, listening, and accepting each person just as they are. I enjoy combining various methods such as connective tissue massage, foot reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, and classic massage—always in consultation with my patients and tailored to their specific needs. My philosophy is this: I do my best to help my patients feel better. They walk the path to healing themselves—and I am the helping hand by their side.
