I knew early on that I wanted a career where I could support people. Before discovering my current passion for massage, I worked in retail. This experience further honed my ability to respond to individuals by listening, understanding, and supporting people. Today, I am a therapeutic massage therapist and aspiring medical massage therapist—with the aim of providing professional, mindful, and individually tailored treatments.

Every treatment is individual. I take my time, listen, and tailor the massage to your needs, complaints, and goals. For me, the focus is on the person. I work with heart, clarity, and attention—and create an atmosphere in which my patients can feel safe and well cared for. My basic therapeutic approach is clear: relaxation begins where tension eases. I want to help my patients feel more relaxed and lighter again – both physically and mentally. My treatments are designed not only to bring relief, but also a feeling of inner peace and new energy.
