Where can I buy a massage gift coupon?

Buy your voucher here on the website, by mail or just call us to get your voucher.

    Alternatively you can buy the voucher on site at our location in Chur.

What does a gift coupon cost?

You can purchase the following coupons:

  • 45 Min. 98 CHF
  • 60 Min. 130 CHF
  • 75 Min. 160 CHF
  • 90 Min. 195 CHF

Please note that the added value of a treatment that exceeds the value of the voucher must be paid in addition.

Can I redeem my voucher immediately?

If you have chosen “shipping via email” as your desired shipping method, you will receive within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) the coupon via email.

If you have chosen “postal shipping” as your desired shipping method we will post the coupon to you within 2-3 working days.

You can redeem the coupon as soon as you receive it, assuming you have already booked an appointment.

For how long is the coupon redeemable?
Once the voucher is ordered, it has a validity of 5 years.
Can I redeem the coupon at any Origin location?
The Origin Massage coupon is redeemable at all locations. Please note the price differences of each location.
How do I redeem the voucher?
Simply bring the coupon with you to your appointment and give it to your therapist. In case you have a digital coupon simply show it on your phone.
Can I transfer the coupon to someone else?
You can give the voucher to any person. It is only important that the correct voucher number/ the voucher itself is brought to the treatment.
What do I do when I lose my massage coupon?

In case you lose your coupon please call our back office under +41 44 500 02 53.

Please have all coupon details (invoice, date of purchase, value, etc.) ready when you call.
