Remo Böhi

Originally, I wanted to become a sports teacher. I grew up with a great passion for a wide variety of sports, from football and basketball to triathlon. After a health-related detour into nursing at a rehabilitation clinic, I eventually discovered what felt like a true calling: working as a medical massage therapist. What immediately appealed to me about this profession was the calm, one-to-one interaction with people. Holistic thinking has shaped my approach from the very beginning. The Kneipp philosophy, with its emphasis on water, nutrition and exercise, as well as naturopathy, continue to influence me to this day. Since completing my training in 2007, I have spent almost 20 years working in this profession.

My personal experiences have also played a significant role in shaping my understanding of people and their inner strength. For 28 years, I was actively involved in competitive sports across a wide range of disciplines. This experience strengthened me not only physically but, above all, mentally. I learned just how much strength, resilience and potential for personal growth lies within each of us. A deep belief in these inner resources and in something greater than ourselves continues to guide me to this day.
