The flow of life
Life is meant to flow. It is okay to sometimes simply trust the process and the flow of life. When our plans are too rigid, we might sometimes miss what would come to us in a natural way. To allow oneself to be in sync with the flow of life brings inner freedom, joy and ease. I want to share this joy and ease with my patients during treatments. And I aim at passing on this sense of positivity and faith that together we can improve their ailments.
My passion: Lymphatic Drainage
Manual therapies are my passion. My favourite technique is lymphatic drainage. I am deeply convinced by its direct effects, for instance, on our immune system, on migraines, or lymphedema. It is a very enjoyable type of therapy for both, patient and therapist. It is almost like a type of meditation in which the treated person can focus on their breath and gets to relax.
