ABOUT ME
An activity that fulfills me more deeply
I found a lot of joy in my previous job as a baker, but I also felt the urge to pursue a job where I could interact more actively with people and have a deeper impact on their well-being.
This desire ultimately led me to my current vocation as a therapist. An important part of this for me is the conversations that arise during treatment and the resulting exchange with my patients. It’s not just about alleviating physical complaints, but also about creating a space in which my patients feel heard and understood. The opportunity to take my time and respond to everyone’s individual needs is a privilege and a responsibility that I take very seriously.
I see my strengths as a therapist in my holistic manual orientation. I draw on a wide range of techniques, many of them inspired by osteopathy, to apply the most appropriate methods for each patient. My focus is always on the big picture – on achieving a noticeable improvement in my patients’ well-being at the end of the treatment. I like to give my patients tips to take home with them, with my personal passion for yoga often serving as a source of inspiration. I consider it essential to look beyond the obvious problem and dig deeper to find out where the real problem lies. This approach enables me to work not only symptomatically, but also to address the cause of the complaints, which often leads to more sustainable results.
