ABOUT ME
Originally, I wanted to become a physical education teacher—I grew up with a passion for a wide variety of sports, from soccer and basketball to triathlons. After taking a detour into nursing at a rehabilitation clinic due to health issues, I eventually found what feels like a calling to me: working as a medical massage therapist. What immediately drew me to this path was the calm, one-on-one work with people. From the very beginning, I was influenced by a holistic approach—the Kneipp method, which emphasizes water, nutrition, and exercise, as well as naturopathy, continues to guide me to this day. Since completing my training in 2007, I’ve been working in this profession for nearly 20 years now.
