ABOUT ME
The flow of life
Life is constantly in flux. It is not always possible to plan or control everything. Sometimes the most wonderful developments arise precisely when we give them space. This trust in my own path guides me both in my personal life and in my therapeutic work.
Whilst working as a massage therapist, I felt a growing desire to broaden my therapeutic practice and to be able to support people in an even more holistic way. By training as a complementary therapist specialising in the Reflexzone method, I found exactly that. Today, I am grateful to be able to combine my previous experience with this holistic form of therapy.
My passion: Reflexology
I am fascinated by reflexology because it views the person as a whole. By applying targeted stimulation to the reflex zones, we can support the body’s natural self-regulatory processes. Every treatment is tailored to the individual and based on the needs of the person sitting in front of me.
It is important to me to create a space where tranquillity can take hold and where the body and mind are given time to regain their balance. Together, we lay the foundations to make change possible.
