My philosophy is that every person deserves personalised treatment. That is why I take the time to listen to you, understand your symptoms and work with you to find the right course of treatment. It is important to me that you feel well looked after and that every treatment is tailored to your personal needs.
As a therapeutic massage therapist, I treat conditions including muscle tension, back and neck pain, muscular strain and restricted mobility. Using targeted therapeutic massage techniques, I aim to relieve pain, improve your mobility and support your body’s natural healing process.
A particular focus of my work is manual lymphatic drainage. This gentle and effective treatment is especially close to my heart. It gives me great pleasure to help patients following surgery, injuries or those with lymphoedema to reduce swelling, stimulate lymph flow and promote the healing process.
