ABOUT ME
Filling the room with peace and contentment
Inner contentment does not come from the outside. It is within oneself, one needs to put in the effort to achieve it. Inner contentment is a high good for me. I love to laugh, spend time with my loved ones and I find joy in all the beautiful small things in life. Being in nature is the most beautiful thing for me. I enjoy life and this feeling of inner peace and contentment flows through my hands during my treatments. This energy transfers and fills the room.
A holistic approach that combines Western and Eastern medicine
To me there is nothing better than to work in a solution-focused way with my clients, to create a change, and to feel a sense of betterment. Having said that, I always apply a holistic approach during my treatments. This is due to my naturopathic training in Traditional European- & Traditional Chinese Medicine. The individual in front of me is being perceived holistically, as well as what he or she needs at that very moment. I combine nutrition, healing herbs, and manual body therapy. With acupressure, I free the meridians from blockages. It hardly ever happens that I am applying only one method. I look at your problem and apply what can help you the most.
