ABOUT ME
From an early age, I have been fascinated by the human body and its anatomy. My journey into therapy began with the desire to get to know people better through touch and to work with my hands. I quickly realised how much can be perceived and influenced through touch, and how much joy this work brings me. My path led me from massage to physiotherapy and eventually to training as a naturopath. This allowed me to continuously deepen my understanding of the human being and to view the body, the nervous system and the internal organs even more strongly as an interconnected whole.

I do not want to reduce a person to a single symptom, but rather understand what lies behind the complaints and how the different processes in the body are connected. I perceive the body through my hands and allow myself to be guided by what I sense within the tissue. This creates an individual approach for each treatment, tailored to the respective needs of the person.
