Even as a child, plants captivated me. To this day, that fascination has never left me and ultimately led me to my career. Through my connection with a naturopath, I discovered what truly inspires me: the combination of massage, conversation, and herbal medicine. I’m fascinated by how much can be achieved when touch, genuine interaction, and the knowledge of naturopathy come together. It is precisely in this combination that I have found my calling.

My calm demeanor helps me connect well with my patients and, through conversation, discover what they need at that moment. The one-on-one approach is particularly important to me: sensing how much pressure is needed to release tension and knowing when relaxation should take precedence. In my treatments, I primarily incorporate classical massage and foot reflexology, always focusing on what my patients need at that moment. My guiding principle is to accept each person exactly as they are and to approach them with genuine curiosity.
