ABOUT ME
When I was still a child, my family members enjoyed my massages. Even back then I already enjoyed massaging and it continued throughout my lif. In addition to massaging, I have always been interested in medicinal plants and alternative healing methods. This prompted me to do an apprenticeship as a naturopath in the tradition of European naturopathy (TEN) after graduating as a secondary teacher.
Nature as a place of reflection and healing
I am not only fascinated by the beauty and healing power of nature, but also, especially in our fast-moving and hectic times, as a retreat where I can relax and concentrate on the essentials in life.
Meditation and yoga for inner peace
My daily meditation and yoga practice give me inner peace and serenity in everyday life. This calmness creates a space in my treatments, which helps my patients to gain confidence and security and allows them to relax completely during my treatments.
