ABOUT ME
I became a therapist because I have always been fascinated by analyzing and solving problems—and because I really enjoy working with people. It motivates me when I can grasp situations, recognize connections, and provide my clients with targeted support on their journey.
My strength lies in my empathetic nature, which allows me to quickly identify problems. This often leads to rapid progress. I explain things in an understandable way, provide practical exercises for clients to do at home, and accompany them in a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner – always with an eye on what fits into their lives and really helps them.
I particularly enjoy working with my clients to find and remedy the causes of their problems. In my treatments, I use trigger point and vibration therapy, as well as elements of dietetics and naturopathy where possible.
