ABOUT ME
The warmth and healing that I experienced myself through massages strengthened the joy and enthusiasm I already had for this profession.
Even at a young age, I felt my natural connection to physical touch and a natural knowledge of the healing power of touch. I later learned how the way, the techniques and a pronounced intuition can bring about the release of hardening on both the physical and the mental level. My lasting interest in the valuable possibilities of body and energy therapy give my profession as a therapist fulfillment, depth and meaning.
My first profession as a nurse was based on the desire to help others and to be as close to real life as possible. An office job was never an option for me. I felt how much touch and massage not only did me good, but also brought joy and relaxation to other people. The relaxed, trusting smiles and the sense of relaxation on my clients’ faces after a treatment touches me anew every time.
During treatment, I massage with different levels of pressure. I pay attention to breathing and encourage my clients to allow their emotions, thoughts and feelings to be fully present in order to release pain points. It is an ongoing intuitive assessment between gentle and stronger touches. My philosophy as a therapist is based on a solid foundation of offering support. I remind people that they have a natural inner strength and calmness that is often lost in the hectic pace of everyday life.
