A space to simply be
My journey of becoming a massage therapist started a few years ago when I first went into a massage treatment myself. I liked that through touch you can offer individuals a quiet space to simply be, even in today’s hectic times.
My therapeutic methods
During my treatments, I use classical massage and reflexology techniques. I may also incorporate osteopathic elements, as well as lymphatic drainage techniques. I treat your problem with firm pressure if requested. Additionally, I also try to gain a holistic picture to help you more sustainably and release stress.
