The search for inner peace
In my life it is important to me to increasingly reach a state of inner peace. This state when you feel fully aligned to yourself. When you can cherish the moment consciously. It is my hope as a therapist to also help you reach a state in which you become more conscious of your body, mind, and soul. I want to help you to switch off and focus on yourself completely. You don’t have to have any ailments to do something good for yourself and your body. Sometimes it is great to simply show gratitude towards our body.
Medical Massage with pressure
However, as a trained medical massage therapist, it is also important that my clients understand that the sense of wellbeing sometimes comes not during but only after the massage. Sometimes you need to go deep with pressure to release tensions, and I am very good at applying this pressure. Thus, if you wish for true betterment of your problems rather than just relaxation, you are in good hands. Despite my ability to apply strong pressure, I am still a gentle therapist.
