As a therapist, I work with sensitivity, a clear focus on goals and a straightforward approach. I listen carefully, take my time, and explain connections in a way that is easy to understand and follow. It’s important to me that patients are not only treated, but truly understand what their body is signalling to them.

ABOUT ME
Sport has always been a central part of my life. As a teenager, I played competitive handball until several knee injuries slowed me down. My original dream of making a living solely from sports changed because of that—but not my passion for it. I transitioned into CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting and began training as a medical massage therapist at the same time. During a training break caused by recurring knee pain, I realised how deeply the body’s inner connections fascinate me and how much energy I wanted to invest in my education.
I’m driven by understanding how the human body truly works, how discomfort develops and, most importantly, how to support people in a meaningful way. My own injuries and experiences still shape my work today—they help me understand pain not only from a professional standpoint but also from a personal one.
As a therapist, I work with sensitivity, clarity and a strong focus on goals. I listen closely, take my time and explain things in a way that feels understandable and relatable. It’s important to me that patients are not only treated but also truly understand what their body is signalling—because pain often shows where change is needed. Guiding people through exactly this process of growth is what makes my work so fulfilling.
