Tamara Ruppen

My interest in naturopathy grew out of my own experiences with it and has stayed with me to this day. This has led to a deep passion for manual therapy, which continues to inspire me anew every day in my work with people. What I particularly value about my work is the person themselves. Every patient brings their own story, their own needs, and their own body awareness, and that is exactly what I aim to address in my treatments. I always view people as a whole and as full-fledged individuals, and I treat them with respect and appreciation. It’s important to me not to follow a set formula, but to be attentive to what is needed in each moment.

My empathy and intuitive nature help me quickly build a trusting connection. Many people open up to me very quickly, which is something special to me and, at the same time, carries a great responsibility. I want my patients to feel safe and accepted and to be able to leave everything else behind for the duration of the treatment. I find it particularly fulfilling to support people in their healing process and to witness when the treatment brings about a change.
