Rigid armrests have been deliberately omitted, as they often make the headrest unnecessarily large and immovable, which can be uncomfortable when lying down.

The soft 7.6 cm foam lying surface is ideal for longer treatment times. Unlike classic electric tables, which are often harder and tend to be used for short physiotherapy treatments, the Origin table ensures a pleasantly relaxed lying position – even during long treatments.

The casters integrated into the housing protect the floor, and cables running under the table are no longer a problem. This means that scratches or damaged cables are a thing of the past.

In addition, the couch has a large height adjustment range from 46 to 95 cm, allowing the working height to be optimally adjusted and also suitable for tall therapists. This contributes significantly to the ergonomic working methods of therapists and helps to prevent back pain caused by incorrect working posture.

Our recommendations

To maximize the lifespan of your Origin massage table and offer your patients optimum comfort, we recommend a few simple but effective measures.

To ensure that the table wears evenly, you should rotate the table once a year. The head section can be inserted on both sides so that you can easily change the position. The reason for this is the natural shift in weight: the upper body is heavier than the legs, which puts more strain on the artificial leather at this point. We have some tables that are starting to show signs of wear on the artificial leather after eight years of daily use by several therapists. This problem can be significantly delayed by regular turning.

Especially in the cold months, an electric blanket provides additional comfort and pleasant relaxation during treatment. This keeps the table warm, which relaxes your patients‘ muscles and increases their well-being.

For hygienic and comfortable equipment, we recommend our special Egyptian towels, which are perfectly matched to the lounger. The first sheet is extra thin and tailor-made for the table so that many of them fit in the washing machine at the same time. The second sheet is larger so that there is room for every patient underneath. It is opaque but not too thick, so several can be put in the wash at the same time.

For the winter months, we also recommend a woollen blanket which is placed over the top sheet. As this does not come into direct contact with your patients‘ skin, it needs to be washed less often, which reduces the amount of care required.
