Where can I buy a massage gift coupon?

Buy your voucher here on the website, by mail or just call us to get your voucher.

    Alternatively you can buy the voucher on the location itself.

What does a gift coupon cost?

You can purchase the following coupons:

Please note that the added value of a treatment that exceeds the value of the voucher must be paid in addition.

How soon after having purchased the coupon is it redeemable?

If you have chosen “shipping via email” as your desired shipping method, you will receive within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) the coupon via email.

If you have chosen “postal shipping” as your desired shipping method we will post the coupon to you within 2-3 working days.

You can redeem the coupon as soon as you receive it, assuming you have already booked an appointment.

For how long is the coupon redeemable?
The massage coupon is redeemable for 5 years after the date of purchase.
Can I redeem the coupon at any Origin location?
Yes, you can redeem the coupon at all Origin locations.
How do I redeem my coupon?
Simply bring the coupon with you to your appointment and give it to your therapist. In case you have a digital coupon simply show it on your phone.
Can I transfer the coupon to someone else?
You can transfer your coupon to any other person. It is important that the person receiving the treatment brings the coupon or at least the coupon number with them.
What do I do when I lose my massage coupon?

In case you lose your coupon please call our back office under +41 44 500 02 53.

Please have all coupon details (invoice, date of purchase, value, etc.) ready when you call.
