Where can I buy a massage gift coupon?
You can order the voucher on site, here on the website, or by email.
How long is the voucher redeemable?
The voucher can be redeemed for 5 years, beginning from the date of purchase.
Can I redeem my voucher immediately?

If you have chosen “shipping via email” as your desired shipping method, you will receive within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) the coupon via email.

If you have chosen “postal shipping” as your desired shipping method we will post the coupon to you within 2-3 working days.

You can redeem the coupon as soon as you receive it, assuming you have already booked an appointment.

Can I redeem the coupon at any Origin Massage location?
The voucher can be redeemed at all Origin Massage locations. However, please note that prices may vary between locations. Price differences will be settled or credited to your account.
How do I redeem my coupon?
The voucher must be brought to the treatment and shown to the therapist.

Please note that the added value of a treatment that exceeds the value of the voucher must be paid in addition.

Can I transfer the coupon to someone else?
The voucher can be passed on to any person. The person simply has to bring the voucher to the treatment.
What do I do when I lose the coupon?
