<p>Our body is our most important tool, our life’s foundation so to say. Our wellbeing increases our quality of and joy in life.</p>
<p>Everything we experience manifests in our energetic body, in our psyche, as well as in our physical body. Tensions from, for example, anxiety, pressure, stress, sadness, frustration, as well as bad posture and lack of movement influence our whole system.</p>
<p>It is my purpose to help you have some time-off from everything, to release pain and the fascia, so that the self-healing powers of your body are being activated and your system’s balance is being restored again.</p>

<h3>My path</h3>
<p>I have always wanted to work with people, with the body, and with my hands. However, I first decided to train as a merchant, since the love of structure and order are also a part of me. In 1998 I came in contact with Tibetan Buddhism and its views on the practice of meditation, active compassion and wisdom have changed my life fundamentally. In this context I also got to know the healing method Rang Drol in 1999. It is a gentle method to let the energy flow through the body. Fascinated by this natural force, my desire to work therapeutically awoke. I wanted to help individuals to find balance in mind, body, and soul.</p>
<p>In 2003 I trained as a reflexology therapist. This training included the metamorphosis-massage, as well as the foot refectory lymphatic drainage. A further interest for energy work developed and I absolved some training in inner construction and pranic healing.</p>
<p>In July 2021 I have now started my training as a professional massage therapist to be able to have an even more specific impact with my massages. My curiosity and my deep desire to support individuals in their processes are my motivation to continuously improve and to expand my offer.</p>

<p>It has always been my greatest wish to be able to work in the therapeutic field. This was practically put into my cradle because my whole family is active in this field. My father is concerned with the neutralization of water veins and electrosmog measurements. My mother is an MPA and NLP therapist.</p>
<p>Thanks to my initial training and several years of work experience as an MPA, I was able to take along a wealth of experience in the field of orthodox medicine.</p>
<p>My great passion for water sports, as well as my attachment to nature and the mountains in particular, have shaped and filled me with deep satisfaction and give me an incredible amount of energy. Through my work as a flight attendant I was also able to get to know and travel the world with its different cultures, traditions and religions.</p>
<p>Through my training as a naturopath it is possible for me to combine orthodox medicine as well as traditional European naturopathy and to work integratively.</p>


<p>I believe that the body, soul and spirit of a person should be seen and treated holistically. According to this motto, I have been working directly with people for twenty years, which gives me great pleasure.</p>
<p>To go manually right into the depth to release lasting tensions, as well as a fine treatment to release energetic blockades and to provide relaxation, are an essential part of my work.</p>
<p>In addition, it is very important to me to accompany my patients through difficult times, to motivate them and to give them structure and support. I myself have three years of experience with chronic pain and know what it is like to have headaches and headaches every day. During this time I missed a knowledgeable and supportive therapist. Therefore it is very important to me to give my patients exactly this feeling of understanding, to accompany them and to be able to offer them individual therapeutic support with my full presence.</p>

<p>Being a massage therapist has shown me how much impact massage therapy can have not only on the body, but also on the mind and soul. In today’s world we often don’t get much time to ourselves and massage therefore can help us to calm down and relax. It brings me great joy to offer the space for that: To be present with my clients, to listen carefully to what they would like,  and to understand their needs. No matter whether they need a more gentle massage to release stress or a stronger one to release tensions with pressure &#8211; I am grateful that it is my job to help.</p>
<h3>Full of Passion</h3>
<p>Being a therapist is not only a job for me, it is truly my passion. After long days at work I still come home with a smile on my face out of gratitude to be able to work this profession. I am an especially warm, empathic, and calm therapist. As a mother of three I have learned to be fully present with others. Additionally, I am spending much of my time in nature, either hiking or biking, which helps me to center myself and to increase my mindfulness.</p>
<p>Your satisfaction is my highest priority. I take time before the treatment to understand your desired outcome of the massage and during the treatment I stay in exchange with you to ensure that you get what you want and need.</p>


<h3>My Why</h3>
<p>Chronic polyarthritis. That was my doctor’s diagnosis after I had to stop working due to unbearable leg pain. She gave me a note for sick leave and some painkillers. However, once I started work again after my 2-week sick leave, the pain was back immediately. My doctor thought it to be incurable and wrote me a sick note for a full month.</p>
<p>During this time I went to a friend and asked her for advice. She was able to help my daughter in the past with a very stubborn bronchitis, just by telling her to stop drinking milk. Through some mobilisations of my joints my pain disappeared immediately. I was fascinated and relieved at the same time. I thought to myself: “I want to learn that as well. For myself, for my family, and for others. If I can help people that way, then that’s simply beautiful!”</p>
<p>I started to do some research on medical massage schools. However, I wanted to be more than a manual therapist. For example, my daughter&#8217;s bronchitis taught me how important the right diet is and how much it contributes to our wellbeing. Thus, I decided to train in Traditional European Naturopathy, which I will graduate in 2022. I am very grateful to be on this path, since it allows me to constantly learn new things and to grow as a therapist. Additionally, it fascinates me how we can help individuals in a more natural way without pharmaceuticals. I am very connected to nature myself and I enjoy practicing what I already live privately.</p>

<h3>Therapist with deep conviction</h3>
<p>Since a young age, I have been deeply interested in interpersonal contact. Early on I was aware that I would one day like to derive my professional activity from this enthusiasm.<br />
Perhaps, accordingly to the Latin saying &#8220;nomen est omen&#8221;, I was also destined for my profession: In Greek mythology, from which my name originates, Chiron was a centaur with a pronounced knowledge of medicine and naturopathy. Additionally, I come from a family of therapists, which makes me feel further connected to the therapeutic professions.</p>
<p>Having become even more aware of this enthusiasm a few years ago, I am now about to complete my training as a traditional European naturopath. From all the methods I have learned, I consider manual therapies to be one of the most important integrative components for achieving physical, mental and spiritual health.</p>
<h3>Massage therapy as a tool to balance out psychological tensions</h3>
<p>According to my worldview, the mind and body are inseperable. I believe that through direct physical touch one can create access to the subconscious. Manual therapy has the potential to not only bring changes on the physical level, but also on the psychological.</p>


<h3>Conviction through personal experiences</h3>
<p>Loosening physical blockades can help with balancing out psychological tensions. I got personally convinced by that at a time where my mind was hard to calm. I felt the positive effects of manual therapy on my stressed and unbalanced state. For me body work was one of the most efficient methods to relax my psychological tensions.</p>
<h3>My therapeutic approach</h3>
<p>At the center of my therapeutic approach lies an individual mix of strong massage methods combined with calming manual techniques to create a balance. One of my strengths as a therapist are full body stress-release massages. I would consider myself a gentle therapist. Gentle means for me that I apply my empathy and intuition during my treatments to sense what feels best for you. It also means that I am fully present with you and that I give you my full attention and interest. This way I create a calm and unconditional space in which you can simply let go. I care deeply about your wellbeing and I want you to feel safe and supported in your process.</p>
