BOOT CAMP TRAINING IN ZURICH, SEEFELD STÄFA, WETZIKON & UITIKON

Many of our clients come to us because they suffer from problems caused by one-sided posture and lack of movement. Massage can help with that, however, often this only treats the symptoms and does not tackle the root cause. 

For years, we have been repeatedly asked by customers what kind of preventative exercise or sport they can do. Basically, any kind of movement is good, but there are certain sports that can help more effectively with these types of tension than others.

That is why we started looking for a partner who offers efficient training that can help prevent tensions caused by our day-to-day life. In addition, it was important to us in our search that the training is fun and varied, as many people lose motivation due to a too monotonous training program.

Through our search, we found D-Urban Training by Dani Brunner, which offers outdoor personal- and group workouts. This type of training is suitable for anyone, no matter whether fitness geek or complete beginner. 

In addition to that, our massage therapist Holger offers personal training at his Oerlikon location.

That’s what you get at the D-Urban group workouts at 6 different locations. Anyone can participate in the workouts since you will work with your own body weight. You decide what and how much is good for your body. At D-Urban there is no peer pressure and you are supported in your individual growth.  

D-Urban combines the following tools & techniques: 

Calisthenics, artistic gymnastics, yoga, parkour, bodyweight, TRX, rubber bands, playspots, wall floor, railings, trees – everything is used at D-Urban.

Goal: Increased body tension, strength & mobility to get through everyday life without complaints.
